1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and BioGen Restoration ("BioGen," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website, using our services, or opting in to our SMS program, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our services.
2. Description of Services
BioGen Restoration is a hormone optimization and peptide therapy clinic providing telemedicine services across multiple licensed states. Our services include:
- Telemedicine consultations with licensed providers.
- Hormone replacement therapy (HRT), including testosterone replacement therapy (TRT).
- Peptide therapy and weight loss treatments.
- Lab work coordination and review.
- Prescription fulfillment via partner pharmacies.
- Patient portal and ongoing care management.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of a state in which we are licensed to provide services. By using our services, you represent that you meet these eligibility requirements and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
4. Telehealth Services
Our providers deliver care through telemedicine. The information you provide during consultations is used to evaluate your suitability for treatment. Treatment is not guaranteed; our clinicians may decline to prescribe based on their professional medical judgment.
Telemedicine services are not appropriate for medical emergencies. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
5. Payments & Billing
- Recurring Memberships: Membership dues are processed via Stripe on a recurring basis until cancelled.
- One-Time Purchases: Individual prescription purchases are processed via Square at the time of purchase.
- Refunds: Membership fees and consultation fees are generally non-refundable. Prescription medications, once dispensed, cannot be returned or refunded.
- Cancellation: You may cancel your membership at any time by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Failed Payments: If a payment fails, we may suspend services until the balance is resolved.
6. SMS Program Terms
Program Name: BioGen Restoration Patient Notifications
Program Description: Prescription refill reminders, lab work scheduling reminders, order/shipping notifications, and account-related messages from BioGen Restoration to active patients.
Opt-In
You may opt in to receive SMS messages from BioGen Restoration in any of the following ways:
- Providing your mobile phone number and checking the consent box during checkout or intake on biogenrestoration.com.
- Verbally consenting during a telehealth consultation, with consent documented in your electronic health record.
- Texting START, SUBSCRIBE, or YES to our SMS number.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your treatment plan and refill schedule. Most patients receive 2–6 messages per month.
Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. BioGen Restoration does not charge you for receiving SMS messages, but your wireless carrier may charge fees based on your plan. Contact your wireless carrier for details about your plan's messaging rates.
Opt-Out (HELP and STOP Instructions)
You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After replying STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further texts. If you need help, reply HELP for instructions, or contact us at info@biogenrestoration.com.
Supported Carriers
Our SMS program is compatible with all major US wireless carriers, including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and Sprint, as well as participating tier 2/3 carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
SMS Privacy
We do not share, sell, or rent your mobile phone number, opt-in status, or SMS consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
7. Prescriptions & Refills
All prescriptions are issued at the discretion of our licensed providers based on your individual medical evaluation. Refills require a valid, unexpired prescription and may require updated lab work or a follow-up consultation.
You acknowledge that controlled substances and certain medications have additional regulatory requirements and that BioGen complies with all applicable state and federal prescribing laws.
8. Shipping & Returns
Medications and supplies are shipped from licensed pharmacy partners. Shipping times vary by location and product. Once dispensed, prescription medications cannot be returned or refunded due to FDA regulations and patient safety.
If you receive damaged or incorrect medication, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@biogenrestoration.com.
9. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Provide false, misleading, or incomplete medical information.
- Share your patient portal credentials with others.
- Resell, redistribute, or transfer prescriptions issued to you.
- Use our services for any unlawful purpose.
- Attempt to interfere with or disrupt our website or services.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on biogenrestoration.com — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of BioGen Restoration or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without our prior written consent.
11. Disclaimers
Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. While our providers exercise professional medical judgment, individual results from hormone optimization, peptide therapy, or weight loss treatments vary and are not guaranteed.

12. Limitation of Liability
