Message frequency varies based on your treatment plan and refill schedule, typically 2–6 messages per month per patient. Message and data rates may apply based on your wireless carrier plan. BioGen Restoration does not charge you for receiving SMS messages.

You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After replying STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further texts.
